Preparation is absolutely necessary prior to coming to an interview. However just as important is PRESENTATION. In order to have a positive or even successful interview outcome, you have to be able to PRESENT well. This involves dressing appropriately to give a good impression of yourself. But just as important is being able to communicate effectively whether through verbal or written means.
